Clearing your cache can help if you're experiencing any issues logging into LMN or any weird issues happening within the system as well. Here are the steps to clear your cache:

After following these instructions to clear your cache, please refresh the webpage or close and re-open your browser.

Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge & Internet Explorer:

  1. Press CTRL + SHIFT + DEL on your keyboard.
  2. New tab/window will appear asking to Clear History/Data.
  3. Change Time Range to:
    "ALL TIME" if using Google Chrome.
    "EVERYTHING" if using Mozilla Firefox.
  4. Select/checkmark the Cache option
  5. Press Clear.
  6. Refresh your browser or close your browser and re-launch it.

Safari:

  1. Click Safari (top-left corner, within finer bar).
  2. Click Privacy.
  3. Select Manage Website Data, click Remove All.
  4. Refresh your browser or close your browser and re-launch it.
