Our HelpDesk is designed to get you to the point of success on our software as quickly as possible. While you move through the sections of our HelpDesk you will notice that there are videos, articles and general questions(?) in each section:
- Videos are always on the top: they are the best option for tutorials for learning as they demonstrate the processes in action with audible directions.
- Guides are always second: these are written outlines for those who prefer to read.
- General Questions(?) are last: they are not mandatory to follow for set up, but they are there to help and they will also come up when you search, just in case you need help and our support staff are not available.
