User Permissions give company admins the ability to limit what users can and cannot access in LMN Time. Setting up permissions can be done in a few easy steps for any Time Foreman or Admin.

NOTE: only the LMN Time Super Admin can alter LMN Time user permissions. If you are not the Super Admin but need a change please email support@golmn.com from the current Super Admin's email address and our support team can make the change for you.

To Setup Permissions:

  • Navigate to the staff tab & click on the admin user you wish to modify permissions for

  •  Select the permissions tab.
  • Change the appropriate permissions as necessary then click ok.

Permission Types

Timesheet Approval

  • No Access: Does not allow the user to approve timesheets.
  • Full Access: Allows the user to approve timesheets.

Scheduling

  • No Access: Does not allow the user to schedule.
  • Full Access: Allows the user to schedule. 

Add/Edit Jobs

  • No Access: Does not allow the user to add or edit jobs. 
  • Full Access: Allows the user to add and edit jobs. 

Add/Manage Staff

  • No Access: Does not allow the user to add or manage staff.
  • Full Access: Allows user to add and manage staff. 

Settings

  • No Access: Does not allow the user to change settings. 
  • Full Access: Allows the user to modify settings. 

Reports 

  • No Access: Does not allow the user to run reports. 
  • Full Access: Allows the user to run reports.
