LMN Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must initally be requested via telephone (1-888-347-9864) by the Main Contact for your account.  Once a cancellation request has been discussed, our CSM will request the cancellation in writing.  

If you are unsure who the Main Contact is for your account, please contact support@golmn.com.

Cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the requested cancellation date.

No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused monthly services and refunds will not be granted for payment collected prior to the date of cancellation.
