If you sell multi-year contracts that extend beyond the current year, you can set the End Date in the future by doing the following steps:

  1. Access the Service Estimate.
  2. Under the Customer Info tab, click on the  to the right of the Contract End Date.
  3. Click on the Month / Year bar appearing at the top of the Calendar.
  4. Click on the Year to bring up the list of future years for selection.
  5. Click on the desired Future Year of your choice.
  6. To sort your list of Estimates by end date, click on the Contract End Date from your list of Estimates.
