If you sell multi-year contracts that extend beyond the current year, you can set the End Date in the future by doing the following steps:
- Access the Service Estimate.
- Under the Customer Info tab, click on the to the right of the Contract End Date.
- Click on the Month / Year bar appearing at the top of the Calendar.
- Click on the Year to bring up the list of future years for selection.
- Click on the desired Future Year of your choice.
- To sort your list of Estimates by end date, click on the Contract End Date from your list of Estimates.
