Reports - ToDo Export, Communication History Export

Now you can export all your ToDos and Communication History to an Excel spreadsheet for your own reporting and analysis.  Once they are in Excel, you can use Excel filters/searches/sorts to do your own analysis of the to-do's and customer communication history items that have been entered.

To find these reports:

  1. Click the CRM | Reports menu
  2. Scroll down to find either the To-Do Export or the Communication History Export reports
  3. Choose your date range
  4. Click Generate Report

Browsers will handle the spreadsheet in several different ways.  Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome will likely show the spreadsheet in a toolbar at the bottom.  Firefox and Safari may save the spreadsheet directly to your Downloads folder.   Your browser settings will determine where the file is downloaded.
