You have the ability to import your Customers into LMN's CRM module by way of the data you extracted from your Quickbooks. To generate a spreadsheet export file of your customers from Quickbooks, do the following:
- Access your Quicbooks company file
- Click Reports.
- Click Customers (it may appear as Customers & Receivables).
- Click Customer Contact List.
- Click Customize Report (top-left).
- Select/checkmark the Columns you wish to have extracted onto the report.
- Press OK.
- Click Excel (at the top).
- Click Create New Worksheet.
- Click Export.
- When your report is generated, the spreadsheet should open up in Excel automatically.
- Copy and paste your information onto our Import Template spreadsheet (found HERE).
