If your foreman/supervisor accidentally a lunch break taken, removing a lunch break/deduction can be done in a matter of clicks.
- Log in to LMN Time.
- Select Timesheets.
- Select the Timesheet you wish to remove the Lunch Break/Deduction for.
- On the Timesheet Admin page, ensure the Current Status is set to IN PROGRESS. If it is not, click on the drop-down menu to change it to In Progress.
- Click to Manage Crew.
- On the Timesheet Config page, click to manage Lunch Deductions.
- On the Lunch Deductions page, here is where you can make your adjustments.
- Uncheckmark/deselect the employees you wish to remove the Lunch break from (their names will toggle to a white box saying 'Not taking Lunch').
- Press Save on the bottom-right corner when you are done.
- Press Save again on the Timesheet Config page.
