It is now possible to have more than just clients and leads in the CRM!
- Click on CRM menu
- Click on Contacts button in menu
- Click on the contact you wish to change
- Under Tracking + Assignment, click Type
- Select between Lead, Client, Vendor, Subcontractor, Employee, Other and Partner
- Click Save
We've also changed the name of Clients + Leads to Contacts so that the changes make more sense.
You can also sort between these different contacts under the main Contacts screen.
By default, LMN will not automatically add jobsites for Employees, Subcontractors or Vendors. However, you will have the ability to add a Jobsite to them if an employee (or other) ever becomes a client.
