Hit Sales Goals More Regularly 

In order to hit your sales goal more regularly we recommend comparing your estimate revenue per hour to your budget revenue per hour. This comparison can be found right within your estimate stats.

  1. Open an Estimate
  2. Click on Analysis
  3. Review the Budget V. Actual Sales/HR (bottom right corner)

 

If you have multiple divisions but only one budget (esp. maintenance and construction), the revenue per hour shown in this chart is an average of both.  

It is important to note that if you want to hit your sales goal as you have outlined in your budget, then your estimates need to hit the revenue per hour in your budget. If you come up short on some estimates, then you will have to make up for it on others to meet your sales goal.

If you want a revenue/hr for both divisions, simply take each division’s sales goal and divide by each division’s (field labor hours * (1 – Unbillable %)).
