Job Planners are a great way to communicate with your crew on exactly what is needed and what needs to be completed onsite. The job planner will outline how many hours they should be onsite, what materials are needed, what equipment and subcontractors.
How to Add notes to a Job Planner:
Go into a LMN estimate and click on the Crew Notes tab at the top of the screen. You will see all of your work areas that you have created on your estimate. If you click on the name of the work area, it will allow you to enter in the text field. This is where you can outline crew instructions, tool check lists and notes.
How to Print:
Once you have entered your crew notes click on the Print button at the top of the screen.
Choose Job Planner as your report option.
