Change the Primary Contact in CRM

A new feature has been added to make it easier for you to change your primary contact in your Clients + Leads section.

  • In the CRM go to Clients + Leads
  • Click on the client you wish to change the primary contact on
  • Click the Contacts tab
  • Click the new Make Primary button to change which contact will be classified as Primary.

*Please note you need to have more than one contact for this option to be available.
