How can I pull a list of active employees who were not accounted for on a timesheet on any given day?

This can be very easily for any given day.

  1. Go to the Timesheets menu in LMN Time
  2. Click the Payroll Warnings tab on the left side
  3. Choose the date you want to view (you can even view the current day live as-it's-happening!)

The payroll warnings screen will display a list of employees (active only) who are not accounted for on a timesheet dated for that day.

Note:  during snow season when employees may be working over a midnight/2-day shift, you may need to check both dates depending on the date the timesheet was created.
