Duplicate work area details when printing report

This is due to header terms and conditions being too long, forcing detail records to the second page.  

To fix this, you could create a short introductory paragraph, and then say 'see the attached' for the rest of their pricing detail spiel – and put that in the footer T&Cs.  

I recommend that you put extraneous detail in the footer terms and conditions.  The header is only suitable for a quick introductory paragraph – the first workarea must start on the first page in order for the report to render correctly.
