Error: The request that was issued could not be understood by the Quickbooks request processor. Please check the QBXML Version to make sure your request is supported.

This error is triggered when importing into Quickbooks because thre is something in the LMN task notes that Quickbooks cannot accept. Through testing, we have found that if crews enter emoji's into the task notes then this error will occur.

Please check the task notes on the timesheet that is first on the list in the error msg. If an emoji is entered in the task notes, please remove it and run the import again. This one emoji will cause all timesheets after this one to not import.
