Could not start QuickBooks -company file path does not work

Sometimes when using the LMN Sync tool to export into QuickBooks, you might get an error message saying that you cannot start QuickBooks, cannot locate company file path.

This occurs when using a shared drive that you need to have access to and sometimes your QuickBooks might not be able to recognize that file so we need to remind it that you have access to it.

1. Start by clicking on the start menu on your computer

2. Click computer

3. Find your shared drive and locate your company file to QuickBooks and leave this window open

4. Close down your LMN/Quickbooks sync tool

5. Re-open the sync tool and click on step 2, click next, click choose and the shared file should now appear

If the file is still not working, please contact LMN support.
