Error: Online Training "System could not locate your user account"

If you're trying to click the ONLINE TRAINING option in LMN, and you're getting an error that says:

"The system could not locate your user account. Please contact system administrator for assistance."

...then here is your fix.  You need to fill out a form to activate your LMN Online Training account.  It asks you for a few questions necessary to configure your online training correctly.

Online training accounts will be activated within 2 working days of your application being received by our servers.
