NEW FEATURE! CRM – Add To-Dos to your Outlook, Gmail or Apple Mail Calendar

You can now send a calendar event to Outlook, Gmail or Apple Mail calendars when assigning To-Dos!

To send to calendar, please follow the steps below.

From the Customer

Select CRM>Contacts and click on the customer you wish to add a To-Do to.

Create new or select existing To-Do, then select the Send to Calendar button.

Select the e-mail address, date, time and reminder that you'd like to apply to this To-Do.

Then click Send.

The e-mail you have indicated in the screenshot above will then receive an e-mail as shown below.  Double click on event attachment.

Click Yes.

Click Save & Close.

 

From the To-Dos Menu

Click CRM>Contacts and then click the To-Dos button.  Then, select the To-Do you wish to add to the calendar.

Create new or select existing To-Do, then select the Send to Calendar button.

Select the e-mail address, date, time and reminder that you'd like to apply to this To-Do.

Then click Send.

The e-mail you have indicated in the screenshot above will then receive an e-mail as shown below.  Double click on event attachment.

Click Yes.

Click Save & Close.
