Anything that you want to indicate as Completed would go under Services (ie. Inspection Completed). Services can be anything that you want a Yes or No answer to and typically are billable items. For more information on Services, click HERE.
If you have any Activities in your account that you wish to convert to Services instead, you can do so by following the steps below.
- Click on Settings and Activites/Materials.
- Select the Activity you wish to update.
- As long as you do not need to track quantities, and the Invoice Type for the activity is set to Not Billable or Per App (Fixed Price) you will see a Convert to Service button (as shown below). Click this button to convert.
- When asked if you're sure, click OK.
