To upgrade or downgrade your subscription:
- LOGIN to an LMN account (you must be logged into an account that has SecurityAdmin permissions set to ON)
- Click ACCOUNTS > Subscription.
After opening the subscriptions page, select the LMN package you wish to change to then follow the on screen prompts to make the switch.
Please note: When downgrading from LMNPro to LMN Basic, all files, photos and invoicing data will be lost and is not recoverable. We highly recommend downloading all important data before downgrading your account.
