Notes can't be added into Client notes or Terms & Conditions

If you're unable to type any notes into the text boxes in LMN such as client notes, crew notes or terms and conditions, this is generally a browser error with Internet Explorer.

To fix, try using either Google Chrome or Firefox and you should now be able to enter in notes.
