guide edit timesheet timesheet How to Edit a Timesheet from the Office (Admin view)

As a LMN Time Admin user, you have the ability to edit any timesheet for your company.  To do so, follow the instructions below.

  1. Click Timesheets and select the timesheet you wish to edit. 
  2. On the Timesheet Admin page, ensure that the Status is listed as IN PROGRESS. NOTE: If the status is In Review, Submitted, or Approved, you will not be able to make any edits to this Timesheet.
  3. Click on the drop-down to change the status to In Progress.
  4. Click on the Job/Task to expand the Employee's clocked-in below (NOT the Magnifying Glass).
  5. Click on the Employee you wish to edit.
  6. Click the Pencil to edit.
  7. Click on the respective field you wish to edit and make your changes (Job, Task, Date, Time).
  8. Click  to Save.
  9. Click  to Go Back to your Timesheet.
  10. Repeat the same process for each Employee that require editing. 
  11. If all edits have been completed, click  to Submit Timesheet.
